Your enquiry and your information.

When you contact us

We ask for your name, email address, topic and message so we can understand your enquiry and reply. Please leave out passwords, account keys and sensitive customer records.

When online sending is enabled, your enquiry is passed to Resend for email delivery to our team. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Our email service and inbox retain correspondence under their own service settings.

If you use the email-app option, your message stays on your device until you send it through your email service.

Abuse protection and hosting

The server uses a short-lived form token and temporary request limits to reduce automated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the enquiry handler; a hashed identifier is kept temporarily for its request limit. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical logs needed to operate their services.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage. Information may include your browser, device and the pages you view. Enquiry fields and message text are not included in the analytics events implemented by this website.
